Reduce Arthritis Symptoms Now!

Picture

How? by changing your lifestyle: eat a healthier diet, eliminate a sedentary lifestyle and change negative thinking/speaking to uplifting thoughts filled with hope and optimism. I'm not saying it's easy, but it can be done. People are doing it everyday. You are the only one that can make this decision: to change your lifestyle now, today.

The Role of Diet

Many leading medical researchers have discovered that food plays a huge role in increasing/decreasing symptoms of arthritis.

The bad news is many people assume they can't do anything about "arthritis. They say it's just one of those things that happens to us when we age." The good news is  we can do a great deal to improve our health and to reduce pain/inflammation and you can age without developing arthritis.

FACTORS THAT INCREASE PAIN

sugar
alcohol
junk food diet
white flour, sugar, rice, past
wheat allergies
low blood sugar
stress and tension
fear, worry, anger
lack of exercise

'Let Food Be Your Medicine and Medicine Be Your Food', says Hippocrates, The Father of Medicine.

Many seniors I've met, believe that arthritis is an inevitable result of aging. I SAY, "I DON'T THINK SO" !!
Medical researchers find that people can live well into their 90's+ without pain and without arthritis, by adopting healthier living patterns. We can eliminate offending foods and habits and make a conscious choice to become a happier, kinder person. The question is, 'which came first, the pain of arthritis or being grumpy"? The jury is still out on that one. I don't know the answer, but what I do know, is that if you pursue behaviors and experiences that make you happy, you can reduce or even eliminate chronic pain.
