Course Description:
What do Dr. Norman Cousins, Dr. Patch Adams and Dr. Laurence J Peter have in common? They all believe in the healing power of ‘LAUGHTER “, to increase release of endorphins, reduce stress, strengthen immune system, moderate pain and exercise the lungs.
This class is both experiential and educational.
