What you eat affects your behavior and your moods. Depressed, grumpy, aggressive behavior, tired?
You could be eating foods that trigger these conditions.

Studies show that aggressive behavior may be linked to sugar addiction and low blood sugar. The connection between carbohydrates and mood is the relationship of tryptophan, a nonessential amino acid and serotonin. Serotonin, known as a mood regulator, is made in the brain from tryptophan and B vitamins. Foods thought to increase serotonin levels in the brain include fish and vitamin D.
