Music & Movement

2 important ingredients to longevity, to living a vital, happy, healthy life, is to include music and movement into your daily routines.

Music and movement is everywhere, throughout the world, in most cultures and has stunning healing benefits. With the power to change our moods based on the beat, words and rhythm, music can improve our moods, energy and stress levels.

Music with a strong beat can motivate and increase energy while involved in physical activity, why so many athletes use music while working out.

Music has been used to reduce anxiety when the beat is slower.

People with depression have noticed a change in their levels when they include music throughout the day.
Music stimulates brain activity, increasing neurons and happy hormones as well.

Playing an instrument, dancing and singing also impacts both body and mind.

Music can be passive or active
